New Clients
New to Lavish? Start with either a New Guest Consultation, where the cost is applied to your service, or the New Guest Blowout Experience, a wash, a professional blowout and a complimentary Shine treatment. Both are low commitment ways to meet the team and see the space before booking anything bigger. Appointments are limited each week, so book ahead.

Two Ways to Start
The New Guest Consultation
A sit down with a stylist to talk about your hair, your history and where you want to get to. You leave with a plan and a recommended booking, and the cost of the consultation is applied to the service you go on to have. This is the right first step if you are considering a bigger change, if your hair has a complicated color history, or if you simply do not know what to book.
The New Guest Blowout Experience
A wash, a professional blowout and a complimentary Lavish Shine treatment. No color, no cutting, no decisions. It is a genuinely relaxed way to experience the salon, meet your stylist and see whether we are the right fit for you, and you walk out with hair that looks great.
What We Specialize In
Knowing what a salon is actually good at saves everybody time. Ours is lived-in color, dimensional blonding, luxury hair extensions and personalized solutions for thinning hair.
- Goldwell color certified, and we formulate with Goldwell color and lightener.
- Certified in multiple hair extension methods, with extension hair stocked in the salon so your color is matched in person.
- Mesh integration certified, for thinning hair where traditional extensions are not the answer.
- Keratin Complex certified, and we use Keratin Complex for smoothing.
- Our team attends multiple continuing education classes every year.
Which Service, If You Already Know
If you would rather skip the consultation and book directly, this is the shortest route to the right appointment:
- Blonde or brightness. A partial highlight for soft, lived-in brightness, or a full highlight for a bigger change.
- All over color or gray coverage. Full color for one solid shade from roots to ends.
- Refreshing tone or adding shine. A gloss or toner, the shortest color appointment we offer.
- Longer or fuller hair. An extension consultation, which is required before any install.
- Thinning hair. A free mesh integration consultation.
- Just a good blowout. A blow dry, or the New Guest Blowout Experience above.
Everything with current pricing is on the Service Menu.
What to Expect on the Day
You will be greeted at the front desk and offered a drink. There is a coffee bar with signature lattes, and snacks, which matter more than you would think on a longer color appointment. Your stylist will talk through your hair before anything starts, and if what you are asking for needs more than one session to do properly, they will tell you then rather than halfway through.
We want your hair to look amazing, but it also has to work for your real life. Expect to be asked how often you wash it, whether you use hot tools, and how much time you actually have in the morning. The answers change the recommendation.
Booking Notes Worth Knowing
- Extensions and mesh integration always need a consultation first. Those two we will not book blind, because we cannot responsibly price or plan them without seeing your hair.
- Color does not need a consultation, though we always offer one if you are unsure or planning something significant.
- Bring an inspiration photo if you have one. We will customize it to you instead of copying the picture exactly.
- Mention add ons like a haircut or a Lavish Experience when you book so the time is set aside.
- Appointments are limited each week. Booking your next one before you leave is the reliable way to get the slot you want.
“New to the salon, had a consultation before my appointment which went great. The two hair stylists I met with clearly knew a lot about hair and gave me a lot of great feedback. Booked an appointment with Ella and I could not be happier with how my hair came out!”

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to book a consultation as a new guest?
Only for extensions and mesh integration. For everything else you can book the service directly, and the New Guest Consultation is there if you would rather talk first.

Yes. The New Guest Consultation cost goes toward the service you book from it.
What is included in the New Guest Blowout Experience?
A wash, a professional blowout and a complimentary Lavish Shine treatment.
Can I choose which stylist I see?
Yes. Have a look at the team page first, since each stylist lists what they specialize in, then book with the one whose work looks like what you want.
How far in advance should I book?
