Hi, I'm Melissa! I'm the co-owner of Lavish Hair Lounge, and if you've ever stopped by the salon, there's a good chance you've seen me with an iced coffee in hand, bouncing between conversations, solving problems, and cheering on my team.

I've been in the beauty industry since 2016, and while I loved being behind the chair, my passion has grown into building something even bigger. These days, you'll usually find me mentoring our stylists, fine-tuning the guest experience, and helping our team become the best versions of themselves. Although I'm no longer accepting new guests, I'm still very much a part of the day-to-day at Lavish, supporting the team, celebrating their wins, and making sure every guest feels right at home.

When I'm not at the salon, I'm spending time with my husband and our two kids, dreaming up the next big idea, or finding new ways to help Lavish grow. My goal has always been to create more than just a hair salon, it's to build a place where our guests feel confident, our team feels supported, and everyone who walks through our doors feels like they belong.

I truly believe great hair builds confidence, great teams build successful businesses, and coffee makes both possible.
